What you will need

Step-by-step instructions

1

Log into Console Cloud

Sign in to your Console Cloud account. You need to be logged in as a user with admin or principal access to proceed. Standard agent logins will not show the API Access section.

2

Click your profile icon (top right)

Once logged in, look for your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the screen. Click it to open a dropdown menu showing account options.

3

Navigate to API Access

From the dropdown, select API Access. This will take you to the developer and integration settings for your account. If you don't see this option, your user role may not have sufficient permissions, or API access may not be included on your plan.

4

Generate your API Key

On the API Access page, click Generate API Key. Console Cloud will create a unique key for your account. Give it a name that will help you remember its purpose — for example, "GetListingFlow Integration".

5

Copy the API key

Once generated, copy the full key value. It will be displayed on screen — make sure to copy it in full before navigating away. The key will look like a long string of characters. Store it somewhere safe temporarily.

6

Paste it into the GetListingFlow registration form

Return to the registration form, select Console Cloud as your CRM, and paste the key into the field labelled API Key. That's all that's needed from you at this stage.

Troubleshooting

Error: API access not available

API access is not enabled on your Console Cloud plan

Some Console Cloud plans do not include API access by default. Contact Console Cloud support to confirm whether your subscription includes it, and to request that it be enabled if it isn't already active on your account.

Error: Insufficient permissions

The API key was generated with restricted permissions

Console Cloud may allow you to restrict what an API key can do. If the key was created with read-only or limited permissions, the GetListingFlow integration won't be able to create or update contacts. Regenerate the key with full access permissions, then update it in your registration form.

Error: Wrong account

Your agency has multiple Console Cloud accounts

Agencies with multiple offices or property management divisions sometimes have separate Console Cloud accounts. Make sure the API key you generated belongs to the account you want GetListingFlow to write leads into. Contact Quentin to update the key if you need to switch accounts.

Cannot find API Access in profile menu

Your user role does not have admin access

Only admin or principal users can access the API Access section in Console Cloud. Ask your principal or office manager to either generate the key for you, or to elevate your Console Cloud user permissions to admin level.
