How to connect
Send an email to support@eaglesoftware.com.au requesting API access for a third-party integration. In your email, mention that you are setting up an integration with GetListingFlow and ask them to provide an API key for your account.
A suggested message you can copy and send:
Eagle Software typically processes API access requests within 1–2 business days. They will reply with your API key by email. If you haven't heard back after 2 business days, follow up with another email or call their support line.
Once Eagle Software sends your API key, copy the full key value exactly as provided. The key is tied specifically to your account — do not share it with anyone other than the GetListingFlow setup team. Store it somewhere safe.
Return to the GetListingFlow registration form, select Eagle Software as your CRM, and paste the API key into the field labelled API Key. Quentin will verify the connection and complete the setup during your onboarding call.
Summary
Common issues
Error: Key not yet activated
Even after receiving a key by email, Eagle Software may need additional time to activate it on their backend. If the key is being rejected, wait a few hours and try again. If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact Eagle Software support and ask them to confirm the key has been fully activated.
Error: Key tied to wrong account
If your agency has multiple offices or your principal has several Eagle Software accounts, the key provided may be linked to the wrong one. Contact Eagle Software support and confirm which account the key was generated for. Ask them to reissue a key tied to the correct account if needed.
No response from Eagle Software support
If you haven't received a response within 2 business days, follow up with Eagle Software support directly. Quentin can also assist with this process during your onboarding call — if the Eagle Software setup is causing a delay, let him know and he will work around it to get you live with the other parts of the system first.
Connection was working then stopped
Eagle Software may occasionally rotate or invalidate API keys during platform updates. If your integration stops working unexpectedly, contact Eagle Software support to request a replacement key, then send the new key to Quentin at quentin@getlistingflow.com.au to update the system.
